    A yau, kafafen sada zumunta sun kasance wani É“angare na rayuwar al’umma, musamman matasa. Suna da tasiri (mai kyau ko marar kyau ko duka biyu) a É“angarorin rayuwa daban-daban da suka haÉ—a da zamantakewa da kasuwanci da ilmi da sana’o’i da mulki da shugabanci da makamantansu. La’akari da haka ne ya sa wannan bincike ya yi Æ™oÆ™arin haska fitilarsa domin Æ™yallaro ko kafafen na da tasiri a kan tashe-tashen hankulan jahar Zamfara? Idan suna da , yaya nauin tasirin yake? Binciken na da manufar (i) bitar yanayin tashe-tashen hankulan jahar Zamfara, da (ii) nazartar tasirin kafafen sada zumunta kan waÉ—annan tashe-tashen hankula. Kasancewar Zamfara É—aya daga cikin manyan daulolin Æ™asar Hausa masu tsohon tarihi. Binciken ya yi amfani da Bahaushen rai domin jan akalarsa. An É—ora aikin a kan tunanin Bahaushe mai cewa: “kowane allazi da nasa amanu.” An bi manyan hanyoyi guda biyu domin tattara bayanai. Na farko shi ne hira da aka yi domin samun bayanan nau’ukan tashe-tashen hankulan daga tushe (ganau ko jiyau daga ganau). Na biyu kuwa, an bibiyi kafafen sada zumunta da sauran kafafen sadarwa na yanar gizo (intanet) domin ganin wainar da ake toyawa dangane da batun da ake magana kansa, tare da tattarowa da nazartar bidiyoyi da hotuna da rubuce-rubuce da suka shafi manufar binciken. Binciken ya gano cewa, duk da É—imbin amfanin kafafen sada zumunta, suna taka rawa kai tsaye ko a kaikaice wajen ruruta wutar tashe-tashen hankular jahar Zamfara.     Fitilun Kalmomi: Zamfara, Kafafen Sada Zumunta, Tashe-Tashen Hankula

    1.0 Gabatarwa

    Duk da kiran da Abubakar Ladan Zariya ya yi cewa: “Fitina Bacci take ba ta fita," da kuma tofin Allah wadai da ya yi wa masu tado da ita,[1] wasu kam ko a jikinsu wai an tsikari kakkausa. A ‘yan shekarun baya-bayan nan, musamman daga wajajen 2013 abin da ya yi sama, an ci gaba da samun tashe-tashen hankula nau’uka daban-daban. Tashe-tashen hankulan sun haÉ—a da garkuwa da mutane da kai farmaki kan al’umma musamman mazauna karkara da sace-sace.

    Zamfara Æ™asar Hausawa ce,[2] wadda kuma tana daga cikin (Æ™annai bakwai) banza bakwai. A hirar da aka yi da Bunza, (2019) a gidan rediyon Pride FM na Gusau, ya bayyana ra’ayin cewa: “A yi Æ™oÆ™arin binciko tushen Hausa daga Zamfara.” A bisa wannan dalili, akwai buÆ™atar gudanar da Bahaushen nazari dangane da yanayin da Æ™asar ta tsinci kanta. Kamar yadda Bahaushe ya faÉ—a: “Ruwa ba ya tsami banza.” Dole ne a gano yadda Æ™asar al’umma da ke da tarihi na tarbiyya da zamantakewa mai nagarta (halaye da É—abi’un Hausawa na Æ™warai) ta wayi gari cikin halin tashin hankali . Bincike-binciken da za a gabatar na iya shafar É“angarori da dama, sannan na iya kasancewa ta fuskoki da dama, duk dai domin a gano:

    i.                    Mafari ko tushen inda matsalar take domin a yi wa tufkar hanci daga tushe,

    ii.                   Gano tasirin nau’ukan kayayyakin amfanin yau da kullum wurin ruruta lamarin,[3]

    iii.               Æ˜oÆ™arin gano waÉ—anda ke da hannu cikin tashe-tashen hankulan kai tsaye ko a kaikaice domin shawo kan matsalar.

    iv.               Nazartar fasali da siga na tashe-tashen hankulan domin ba da hasken kan yadda za a tunkari matsalar.

    Wannan bincike ya ta’allaÆ™a kan mas’ala ta biyu (ii) da aka zayyana a sama. Binciken ya mayar da hankali wajen nazartar tasirin kafafen sada zumunta a tashe-tashen hankulan na jahar Zamfara. Farfajiyar binciken ba ta wuce jahar ta Zamafara ba. Saboda haka, ko da akwai yanayi makamancin wanda ake magana a kai, ba za a waiwaice shi ba idan dai ya fita daga bagiren binciken.

    1.1 Manufar Bincike

    Babban manufar wannan bincike ita ce nazartar yanayi da matsayin kafafen sada zumunta a tashe-tashen hankulan jahar Zamfara. Kai tsaye aikin zai mayar da hankali kan:

    i.                    Bitar yanayi da sigar tashe-tashen hankulan jahar zamfara, da

    ii.                  Nazartar rawar da kafafen sada zumunta ke takawa a tashe-tashen hankulan.

    1.2 Ra’in Bincike

    Ƙasar Zamfara na É—aya daga cikin Æ™asashen Hausa masu tsohon tarihi. Wasu daga cikin masana na ganin cewa: “Idan za a lalubo asalin Bahaushe da tushen Hausa, to a neme shi a Zamfara.”[4] A bisa wannan dalili, aikin ba zai je wani wuri daban domin kalen ra’in da zai masa jagora ba. An É—ora aikin kan ragamar tunanin Bahaushe da ke cewa: “Kowane allazi da nasa amanu.” A bisa wannan tunani, kafafen sada zumunta sun kasance hanjin jimina, wato akwai na ci akwai na zubarwa. Ma’ana ke nan, suna taka rawa iri biyu dangane da tashe-tashen hankulan Zamfara. Suna taimakawa a É“angare guda, a É“angare É—aya kuwa suna Æ™ara iza wutar matsalar. Idan haka ne kuwa, ya rage ga wannan bincike ya bi dabaru da hanyoyi mafiya dacewa domin tabbatar da wannan ikirari ko Æ™aryata shi.

    1.3 Hanyoyin Gudanar da Bincike

    An bi manyan hanyoyi uku wajen gudanar da wannan bincike. Ta farko ita ce bitar ayyuka daban-daban da aka gudanar dangane da tashe-tashen hankula musamman waÉ—anda suka shafi jahar Zamfara. Wannan ya ba da haske game da yanayin tashe-tashen hankulan.

    Bayan wannan, wata hanya da aka yi amfani da ita wajen tattara bayanai ita ce bibiyar kafafen sada zumuta domin zaÆ™ulo hotuna da bidiyoyi da rubuce-rubuce dangane da batun. An yi Æ™oÆ™arin sakaye sunayen waÉ—anda suka É—ora ire-iren bayanan a kafafen na sada zumunta saboda dalilai na tsaro.

    iii.               Samun bayanai dangane da tasirin kafafen sada zumunta kan tashe-tashen hankulan jahar Zamfara, da kuma

    iv.               Tantance bayanai da aka samu daga hirarrakin.[5]

    1.4 Bitar Matsayin Kafafen Sada Zumunta a Zamantakewa

    A duniyar yau, kafafen sada zumunta sun zama wani É“angare na rayuwar al’umma. Kusan za a iya cewa, duniyar mutane ba za ta iya rayuwa ba sai da su. Dalili kuwa shi ne, rayuwar mutane da dama ta dogara kacokan kan ire-iren waÉ—annan kafafe. Nan ne cinsu, nan ne shansu![6] A rahoton da Clement, (2019: 2) ya fitar, masu amfani da kafar Whatsapp a wata kaÉ—an sun kai kimanin biliyan guda da miliyan É—ari biyar (1,005,000,000). Binciken da Jayasekara, (2015) ya gudanar ya nuna cewa, ana samun Æ™aruwar masu amfani da kafafen sada zumunta matuÆ™a.

    Masana da manazarta da dama sun yi bincike da rubuce-rubuce game da tasirin kafafen sadarwa a zamantakewa.[7] Siddiqui & Singh sun bayyana cewa:

    Now a day’s social media has been the important part of one’s life from shopping to electronic mails, education and business tool. Social media plays a vital role in transforming people’s life style. Siddiqui & Singh, (2016: 71)

    Fassara

    A yau, kafafen sada zumunta sun zama wani muhimmin É“angare na rayuwar É—an’adam tun daga kan sayayya da tura saÆ™onni da ilimi har zuwa kasuwanci. Kafafen sada zumunta suna taka muhimmiyar rawa dangane da salon rayuwar mutane.

    Lallai wannan batu haka yake, domin kuwa ko a Æ™asar Hausa akwai mutane da dama da suka rajaa matuÆ™a kan kafafen na sada zumunta. Akwai muhimman É“angarorin rayuwa da waÉ—annan kafafe suka fi shafa. Sun haÉ—a da:

    i.                    Sada zumunta

    ii.                  Tattaunawa a matakin É—aiÉ—aiku ko Æ™ungiyoyi

    iii.               Kasuwanci da cinikayya

    iv.               Ilimi da karantarwa

    1.      Tun farko dai waÉ—annan kafafe an samar da su ne domin sada zumunta. Misali, Facebook da aka samar a wajajen 2004, ya kasance huÉ“É“asa ne na É—alibin Jami’ar Harvard mai suna Mark Zuckerberg. Ya Æ™irÆ™ire shi ne a matsayin kafar sada zumunta tsakanin É—aliban makaranta. Sannu a hankali É—aliban wasu makarantu na daban suka fara amfana da shi.[8] A shekarar 2006 ne kuma aka fitar da shi a matsayin kafar sada zumunta da duniya gaba É—aya za ta iya amfani da shi (Baruah, 2012: 4; Clement, 2019: 2).     Ta hanyar kafafen sada zumunta ne kamfani ke samun damar tattaunawa alhali kowa yana gidansa... Matsalar da aka fi fuskanta ita ce, har yau an bar Hausawa a baya a wannan fanni. Ko da tattaunawa za a yi, sun fi ganewa da Whatsapp kawai da Facebook, watakila saboda sun fi sauÆ™in shaani. (Arabi, 2019)

    Ko ba komai, kafafen na tallafa wa kamfanoni wajen sauwaƙa kuɗaɗen zirga-zirga (don zuwa tarurruka). A maimakon tafiye-tafiye domin ganawa, akan tattauna ne kawai ta hanyar amfani da kafafen sada zumunta.

    3.      Ana amfani da kafafen sada zumunta wajen kasuwanci. A wannan É“angare matan Hausawa ma ba a bar su a baya ba wajen morar wannan dama. Kafafen sun taimaka wajen ba wa mata damar gudanar da kasuwanci a natse, ba tare da dole sai sun fita waje domin kasa haja ba. A maimakon hakan, suna kasa hajar ne bisa iska a kafafen sada zumunta. WaÉ—anda suka yaba, za su tuntuÉ“a ta waÉ—annan kafafen. A hirar da aka yi da Malama Sa’adatu Umar ÆŠandare, ta bayyana raayinta game da matsayin kafafen sada zumunta kamar haka:

    A nawa kasuwanci, kafafen sada zumunta su ne jigon kasuwa saboda kayan da duk zan saya ta intanet zan gan su, kuma ta nan zan sayar da su. (ÆŠandare, 2019)

     

    Shi kuwa Malam Muhammad Zulyadain[10] yana ganin ai rayuwa ma kacokan ba ta yiwuwa a yau sai da kafafen sada zumunta.[11] A É“angaren kasuwancinsa, ya ce:

    Yanzu kusan kasuwanci ya koma yanar gizo kama daga manya har Æ™ananan kasuwanci... Kaso mafi yawa (É“75%) na abokan huldar kasuwancina muna haÉ—uwa ne a kafafen sadarwa. (Zulyadain, 2019)

     

    4.      Tuni kafafen sada zumunta suka zama wani fili na koyo da koyarwa. Ko bayan rubuce-rubuce da hotuna da bidiyoyi da odiyo-odiyo na ilmi da ake yaÉ—awa ta kafafen, akwai shafuka da zauruka da ake buÉ—ewa na musamman domin karantarwa. Karatukuwa yakan shafi É“angarorin rayuwa daban-daban. Sun haÉ—a da addini da kimiyya da kiyon lafiya da ilmin intanet da ilmin kwamfuta da ilmin zamantakewa da ilmin kasuwanci. Wasu daga cikin fitattun makarantun da ake da su kan kafafen sada zumunta sun haÉ—a da:

    b.      Makarantar Malam Bambadiya

    c.       Zauren Markazus Sunnah

    2.0 Tashe-Tashen Hankula a Zamfara

    shekarun baya, tun kafin shekarar 2007, Zamfara ta kasance cikin ruwan sanyi.[12] A wancan lokaci, akan samu Æ™ananan laifuka ne kawai irin su sace-sace ko rashin jituwa tsakanin al’umma da kan kai ga faÉ—a da dai makamantansu.[13] Aminu, (2020)[14] ya bayyana cewa: “A wancan lokaci, babban aikin taaddanci da ke wakana shi ne faÉ—a tsakanin matasan shiyar gabas da na yamma.” FaÉ—an na yin tsananin da har yakan kai ga samun munanan raunuka ko ma rasa rayuka. Wani nau’in aikin ta’addanci da ake samu wanda kan kai ga munanan raunuka ko rasa rai shi ne bangar siyasa.

    Daga wajajen 2008 ne kuma aka samu É“ullowar tashe-tashen hankula cikin nau’uka daban-daban da suka haÉ—a da:

    i.                    Fashi da makami

    ii.                  Satar shanu

    iii.               Garkuwa da mutane

    iv.               Hare-hare (Almustapha, 2020; Aminu, 2020; Ibrahim, 2020)[15]

    Tsakanin 2008 zuwa 2019 an samu rashe-rashen rayuwa da salwantar dukiyoyi sakamakon waÉ—annan tashe-tashen hankula. Duka waÉ—annan ayyuka akan danganta su ne da Fulani. Binciken ya ci karo da bayanan da ke tabbatar da cewa, tushen tashe-tashen hankulan ya samu tsira ne a sakamakon fansa da Fulanin suka Æ™uduri É—auka game da rashin adalci da suke ganin an yi masu. Wannan ya kasance ta fuskoki biyu:

    i.                    Bayan an fara samun yawaitar fashi da makami, wasu daga cikin jami’ai ‘yan sa kai sun danganta abin da ayyukan Fulani. Daga nan ne suka É—auki mataki kan Fulanin da suke zargin na da hannu cikin fashi da makamin. Daga cikin garuruwan da aka kai wa waÉ—annan hare-hare na É—aukar fansa akwai Kizara da ke Æ™aramar hukumar Gusau da Yargaladima da ke Æ™aramar hukumar Maru da kuma wasu Æ™auyukan yankin ÆŠansadau.

    ii.                  Aminu, (2020) ya bayyana a hirar da aka yi da shi cewa, wasu daga cikin masu hannu cikin tashe-tashen hankulan sun yi iÆ™irarin bin hanyar sakamakon karya masu alÆ™awari da aka yi. Sun bayyana cewa, yan siyasa sun masu alÆ™awura goshin zaÉ“en 2007 (yayin da ‘yan siyasar suka É—auke su a matsayin ‘yan bangar siyasa). Bayan zaÉ“e kuwa, sai aka yi abin da Bahaushe ce ke cewa: “An ci moriyar gangan, an ya da goronta!” Ko ma dai yaya abin yake, to “da walakin goro a miya,” domin kuwa “ruwa ba ya tsami banza.”

    iii.               Wasu daga cikin masu riÆ™e da makaman na ikirarin cewa, an Æ™wace gonakan da suke noma an mallaka wa ‘yan siyasa. Hakan ya samar masu da takunkumin tattalin arziki da dole sai sun nemi mafita. Idan laila ta Æ™iya sai a koma basha.

    iv.               Wasu kuwa na kukan cewa, burtalan[16] da suke bi aka mayar gonaki. Shiga gonakan kuwa ya kasance laifi da ke janyo hukunci ga duk wanda ya aikata. Wannan ya sa makiyayan suka kasance cikin wahala. Da tura ta kai bango, sannan tafiya ta yi tafiya, sai hannun agogo ya juya.

    v.                  Akwai kuma masu ikirarin cewa, an fara samun yawaitar tashe-tashen hankulan ne tun lokacin da aka fara sace wa Fulanin yankin dabbobinsu. A wannan lokaci, É“arayin shanun É—auke da makamai na far ma Æ™auye tare da kwashe shanu masu adadi da yawa. Dabbobin kuwa na daga cikin kaso mai tsoka daga É“angaren tattalin arziki wanda makiyayan suka dogara a kai domin rayuwa.[17]

    É“angare guda kuwa, akwai masu yi wa tashe-tashen hankulan kallo na daban. Dangane da musabbabinsu, tashe-tashen hankulan, binciken ya ci karo da ra’ayoyi da suka haÉ—a da:

    i.                    Akwai waÉ—anda ke da fahimtar cewa, ummulhaba’isin waÉ—annan fitintinu shi ne albarkatun Æ™asa (musamman zinare)[18] da Allah ya azurta Æ™asar Zamfara da shi. Hakan ne ta sa ake ta Æ™irÆ™irar tashe-tashen hankula domin kore mazauna Æ™auyuka daga muhallansu. Hakan zai ba da damar haÆ™ar zinaren hankali kwance.

    ii.                  Wasu kuwa, musamman malaman addinin Musulunci, na da fahimtar cewa tashe-tashen hankulan jarabawa ce daga Ubangiji. Suna faruwa ne sakamakon gurÉ“acewar halayyar mutane. Kai tsaye sukan danganta shi da ayyukan tsafe-tsafe da ake gudanarwa, musamman waÉ—anda suka shafi wasa da AlÆ™ur’ani mai tsarki.[19]

    Lokacin da tashe-tashen hankulan suka yi tsamari musamman daga wajajen 2016, mazauna wasu Æ™auyuka sun yi gudun hijira zuwa garuruwan da ke kusa da su. Daga nan ne kuma labaran tashe-tashen hankulan suka mamaye duniyar intanet. Hotuna da bidiyoyi da rubutattun labarai game da su, duk suka mamaye kafafen sada zumunta. Ibrahim, (2019) a hirar da aka yi da shi ya tabbatar da cewa, adadin mutanen da suka yi gudun hijira na da yawa sosai. Ya ce:

    Hukumomi sun yi ta bin hanyoyi daban-daban domin shawo kan lamarin. Daga cikin har da Æ™oÆ™arin neman sulhu da Æ™usoshin tashe-tashen hankulan. A wajajen Æ™arshen 2019 zuwa farkon 2020 ne aka samu sulhun da ya kai ga raguwar tashe-tashen hankulan. Sulhun ya kasance wani yunÆ™urin samar da zaman lafiya na gwamnatin da aka zaÉ“a a shekarar 2019.

    3.0 Gurbin Kafafen Sada Zumunta a Tashe-Tashen Hankulan Zamfara

    Kafafen sada zumunta suna taka rawa iri biyu dangane da tashe-tashen hankulan jahar Zamfara. A É“angare guda suna taimakawa ta wasu fuskoki da suka shafi faÉ—akar da jama’a dangane da abubuwan da ke faruwa tare da miƙƙoÆ™on bara na neman addu’o’i daga al’ummu na kusa da na nesa, da makamantansu. A É—aya É“angaren kuma, kafafen sada zumuntar suna Æ™ara wa wuta karmami. Sukan yi hakan ta fuskar ruruta zance da yaÉ—a jita-jitan Æ™arya da cusa tsoro a zukatan mutane.

    A gaskiya tasirin kafafen sada zumunta game da tashe-tashen hankulan zamfara nau’i biyu ne. Suna amfanarwa a gefe guda. A gefe guda kuwa cutarwa suke yi...[20] (Maikwari, 2019)

    A taƙaice dai, kafafen na sada zumunta sun zama hanjin jimana, wato akwai na ci akwai na zubarwa. An raba rawar da kafafen sada zumuntar ke takawa dangane da tashe-tashen hankula a Zamfara zuwa manyan rukune biyar kamar haka:

    3.1 FaÉ—akarwa

    FaÉ—akarwa kalma ce mai kinin ma’ana da nusarwa ko nusatanwa ko tunatarwa. Bunza, (2013: 2) ya ba da ma’anar wannan kalma da cewa: “FaÉ—akarwa hanya ce ta ilmantar da mutane ko yi musu nasiha da tunatar da su don jan hankalinsu kan wani abu muhimmi na rayuwarsu.”[21] Kafafen sada zumunta na faÉ—akar da al’ummomi na kusa da na nesa dangane da tashe-tashen hankulan jahar Zamfara ta fuskoki kamar haka:

    i.                    Bayanai dangane da abubuwan da ke faruwa a daidai wata rana sannan daidai wani lokaci na saurin watsuwa ta kafafen sada zumunta. Wannan na taimaka wa al’umma wajen guje wa faÉ—awa yankunan da abin ya shafa.[22]

    ii.                  Ana tura nau’ukan faÉ—akarwa daban-daban na yadda mutane za su guje wa faÉ—awa cikin tarkon waÉ—annan masu ta da hankula. Wannan ya shafi labarai na yadda wasu suka faÉ—a tarkon masu ta da hankulan, wanda hakan na matsayin hannunka mai sanda da darasi ga mai karanta labarin. Ko da ma dai an ce, “Gani ga wane ya ishi wane tsoron Allah.” Wasu lokuta kuma kai tsaye ake kawo bayanai kan abubuwa da ya kamata mutane su kiyaye.

    iii.               Akwai faÉ—akarwa da ta shafi jan hankali al’umma musamman matasa daga nisanta kansu daga ire-iren waÉ—annan tashe-tashen hankula. Wannan na iya kasancewa ta fuskar wa’azantarwa da nuna illolin shiga cikin ire-iren ayyukan.

    3.2 Æ˜oÆ™on Bara

    3.4 Ta da Hankali

    A cikin wannan bincike, ta da hankali na nufin jefa tsoro ko firgici ga zukatan al’umma. Binciken ya gano cewa, É—aya daga cikin illolin kafafen sada zumunta dangane da tashe-tashen hankulan jahar Zamfara shi ne jefa tsoro da zaman É—ar-É—ar a zukatan al’umma na kusa da na nesa. Abin lura a an shi ne, kafafen watsa labarai sukan tace sahihancin labari kafin fitar da shi.     A hirar da aka yi da Maikwari, (2019) ya bayyana cewa:

    A yanzu haka akwai guruf-guruf da aka buÉ—e a kafafen sada zumunta musamman Whatsapp waÉ—anda suke yaÉ—a farfagandar Æ™arya sakamakon Æ™in jinin gwamnati mai ci da suke yi. Kullum sukan Æ™ago labaran da ke nuna ana samun daÉ—uwar tashe-tashen hankula. Yayin da aka bincika, wani lokaci sai a tarar sunayen Æ™auyukan da suka zayyana babu su kwata-kwata ma a jahar Zamfara. (Maikwari, 2019)

    Idan kuwa haka ne, lallai matsalar ta kai inda ta kai. Dole ne kuma gwamnati da sauran hukumomi waÉ—anda abin ya shafa su tashi tsaye domin daidaita sahun amfani da kafafen sada zumunta.

    3.5 YaÉ—a Ayyukan Ta’addanci

    A duk lokacin da mutane (musamman yara) ke kallon ayyukan ta’addanci, zuciyarsu tana Æ™ara bushewa ne da Æ™eÆ™ashewa. Sannu a hankali tausayin da suke ji zai riÆ™a raguwa. Za a kai gacin da kwata-kwata nau’ukan ta’addancin ba sa wani tasiri irin na sanya tausayi ko jin Æ™ai a zukatansu.

    É“angare guda kuwa, wannan bincike ya gano cewa, kafafen sada zumunta sun kasance ruwa biyu dangane da tashe-tashen hankulan jahar Zamfara. Kai tsaye alfanunsu sun haÉ—a da:

    i.                    FaÉ—akar da al’umma domin su farga tare da guje wa faÉ—awa cikin tashe-tashen hankulan ta kowace fuska. Wannan ya haÉ—a da É—aukar makami, ko kuma garaje da rayuwa wajen faÉ—awa cikin haÉ—arin tashe-tashen hankulan.

    ii.                  Taimakawa wajen neman tallafin addu’o’in samun zaman lafiya da ma samun tallafi nau’uka daban-daban kamar yadda aka lissafa a Æ™arÆ™ashin 3.2 da ke sama.

    iii.               Suna kuma taimakawa wajen bunÆ™asa adabin Hausawa musamman abin da ya shafi waÆ™oÆ™i da karuruwan magangannu.

    É“angare guda kuwa, kafafen na sada zumunta suna da illolin da suka haÉ—a da:

    i.                    Ta hanyarsu ne ake yaÉ—a jita-jita da labaran Æ™arya marasa tushe. Wasu labaran na Æ™ara ruruta lamari tare da jefa Æ™iyayya da gaba da rikicin addini da Æ™abilanci a zukatan al’umma.

    ii.                  Labarai da bidiyoyi da hotuna da ake sanyawa na sukan kasance masu ta da hankalin al’umma. Wannan na faruwa musamman da yake ba tacewa ake yi ba ballantana a yi tunanin waÉ—anda suka dace a sanya da waÉ—anda ba su dace ba.

     

    Dangane da waÉ—annan, binciken an ba da shawarar cewa:

    a.      Gwamnati ta tashi tsaye tare da fitar da wasu tsare-tsare da dokoki na musamman da za su lura da yadda ake tafiyar da al’amuran kafafen sada zumunta a Nijeriya. Wannan na iya kasancewa ta sigar samar da yarjejeniya ta musamman da kamfanonin da hukumomin da ke lura da kafafen sada zumuntar. Za a iya bin matakan rufe asusu da ma bin wasu hanyoyin hukunci na daban ga masu yaÉ—a labaran Æ™arya, musamman waÉ—anda ke ta da hankula.

    b.      Malaman addini da na makarantun boko su rinÆ™a faÉ—akarwa game da illolin yaÉ—a labaran Æ™arya da ta da hankula da kuma jefa Æ™iyayya tsakanin ‘yan Æ™asa.

    c.       A samu tarurrukan Æ™ara wa juna sani a matakai daban-daban da za a tattauna tare da samun gudummuwar malaman ilmi da manazarta game da hanyoyi da matakan da za a tunkari matsalar. Gwamnati a matakai daban-daban tare da haÉ—in guiwar makarantu (musamman jami’o’i) su jagoranci tafiyar.

    Sannan iyalai sahabihi nai anko,

    Yau firgici ne ya mamaye yankinmu,

    Tsoro a kullum daÉ—o yake jama'armu,

    An sace mata an sace har yaranmu,

    Masu kuÉ—inmu an sace sarakanmu,

    Abin takaicin wai gwamnatin jama'a ne.

     

    Cikin gidanka a zo a É—au maka mata,

    Koko É—iyanka a bi su har makaranta,

    Waninmu fasinja yana kan mota,

    Yau al'umarmu muna cikin firgitta,

    Halin Æ™asarmu na garkuwa da mutane.

     

    Sam baabu imani wurin kidifawa,

    In sunka sata wasu waya suka yowa,

    KuÉ—i miliyya su ce abin fansowa,

    Allah tsare mu kaidinsu mun roƙawa,

    Su al'umar da ke garkuwa da mutane.

     

    Wasu cikinmu in sun yi garkuwa das su,

    Nau'i da nau'i azaba suke gunsu,

    Duka da yunwa su gaggalabaita su,

    Har izgilanci kidifawa ke yi gunsu,

    Sharri gare su 'yan garkuwa da mutane.

     

     

    Daji su É—aure ruwa ya Æ™are kansu,

    Sanyi na hunturu a kai na wasunsu,

    Ni sha'írin nan 'yar shawarata ga ta,

    Wurin hukuma ni ma gudummuwata,

    Tsayin daka ku yi don kare al'ummata,

    Jami'an tsaronmu ciki da maha'inta,

    Ku sanya lura cikinsu kun gaggane.

     

    Bora da mowa kul kar ku wawware su,

    In kun ka gano tabbas ku hukunta su,

    Wurin hukuncin kul kar ku bambanta su,

    'Yar shawarata Æ™in garkuwa da mutane.

     

     

    A sa idanu sosai ga infomansu,

    Jami'an tsaro na sirri a alkinta su,

    Dama cikakka a ba su sui aikinsu,

    'Yan sanda soji a ba su duk Æ™arfinsu,

    Babbar musifa da ta damu dukka mutane.

     

    Ashirin da biyu "Two thousand eighteen" yin ta,

    A shekarar da "Musabbabi" ma nai ta,

    Wata na Maris don ba ni son in manta,

    A tsakkiyar da muke cikin firgitta,

    Birni da Æ™auye yin garkuwa da mutane.

     

    Ni wanda nai ta Abdulhamid Malumma,

    Abba ga Hafsat ni ne Uban Fatimma,

    Jihar Katsina birninmu mai alfarma,

    Garin Matazu a nan kuma nake zamma,

    Allah taƙaita a daina kama Mutane.

    [1] Allah wadaran mai tado ta,

     Da waÉ—anda suke daÉ—a jawota,

     Allah ka hane mu da tashin ta...

    [2] Wannan ba ya nuna cea ba za a samu wasu Æ™abilu na daban bayan Hausawa ba. Abin da kawai ake nufi shi ne, mafi rinjayen alumma da aladu da cikar tarihi na garin duk na Hausa da Hausawa ne.

    [3] WaÉ—annan sun haÉ—a da wayoyin salula da kwamfutoci da ababen hawa da makamai da makamantansu.

    [31] An samu waÉ—annan bayanai sakamakon hirarraki da aka yi da Aminu, (2019), Almustapha, (2019) da Hassan, (2019).

    [32] Babban misali a nan shi ne, ko da ayyukan ta’addanci kafefen watsa labarai za su nuna, sukan tabbatar da cewa sun kauce nuna wasu É“angarororin. A kafafen sada zumunta kuwa, akan sanya kowane irin labari ko odiyo ko bidiyo. Sau da dama akan ci kawo da bidiyo na yadda ake yanka mutane Æ™arara, ko kuma ake sassara su gunduwa-gunduwa.
